MaxFit Yoga Classes

We offer Yoga classes twice a week here at MaxFit Performance (6:00 PM on Tuesdays and 9:00 AM on Thursdays) as stretching can aid in lowering the risk of injury, and yoga can increase flexibility, balance and control over your natural body weight and can be utilized as recovery from your training sessions here – which are ultimately the best way to lose weight and tone up your body!

“I am a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa flow yoga teacher and have been practicing yoga for over 12 years — starting with Bikram (hot yoga) before transitioning to Vinyasa and Ashtanga. I received my teaching certification in Rishikesh, India — the Yoga Capital of the World! I teach privates, small group and community classes here in Bangkok with clients ranging from beginner to intermediary levels. My mission is to build stronger communities through the practice of yoga. I love to share my passion for yoga with others and help clients attain their individualized goals of building strength, increasing flexibility and feeling positive about themselves.”

“My Vinyasa Flow classes focus on building strength, flexibility, balance and deeper body awareness and connection. The 60 – 90 minute classes flow from sun salutations to dynamic standing, balancing, backward and forward bending and stretching sequences. Throughout the class, students are guided by mindful and synchronized breathing. I focus on proper body alignment during class and areas of the body that tend to to be tight for most people after sitting all day in an office — particularly hips, hamstrings, shoulders and lower back.”
