Adam Mather use to be overweight himself and at the age of 18 he decided that he wanted to change his lifestyle and this sparked his keen interest in fitness. He changed his lifestyle completely, which resulted in gaining a ton of muscle and reaching single digit body fat.

Unlike a lot of trainers out there, Adam practices what he preaches, and knows exactly what you’re going through when you are having hard times with finding the right diet or going through lots of information on what the best diet is online. Besides being a personal trainer and innovative boot camp superstar, Adam also played soccer semi professionally in Australia, destroying the myth that muscle makes you less athletic.

Rob Scali has a strong belief in the basic principles of training, manipulating and altering them to cater your goals. It begins from the feet up, proper form, posture and correct technique are just some of the basics. He has acquired his qualifications (Certificate III; Certificate IV) in fitness from ACPE Academy, Sydney, Australia. Specialising in specifics such as muscle hypertrophy (muscle gain), toning and tightening, fat loss and overall physique appearance catered towards men and woman of all ages. Now bringing his expertise and experience to MaxFit Performance in Bangkok, Thailand.

Kwan has a strong passion for health and fitness. She has a certificate in Training from F.I.T Thailand. Kwan is a fitness model and is sponsored by MFL Whey Protein. She has helped many women overcome their mindset that women shouldn’t lift weights by being an excellent role model participating in bikini contests and even co-hosting them.

Rafiq has been a personal trainer for 6 years. Rafiq says he has the best job in the world because he enjoys and lives his passion of helping people become fit and healthy. Rafiq enjoys helping and educating people on how to make changes to better their daily lifestyle habits. Rafiq has been working out since he was 16 years old, his interest in becoming a personal trainer harks on when he suffered from pneumonia as during this time he was drinking lots of alcohol and smoking and had bad nutritional habits. Rafiq noticed a common trend amongst people and himself which is the fact that debilitating illnesses occur as a result of poor lifestyle choices that can easily be avoided. Rafiq has certifications in the following Personal training foundation courses such as NASM nutrition, bodybuilding, muay thai level 1& 2. Rafiq’s core principles lay in providing a safe and effective workout programme for all his clients. Rafiq’s main motivation is the providing results for his clients, this is his main fuel for why he keeps working in this industry.
