Adam Mather use to be overweight himself and at the age of 18 he decided that he wanted to change his lifestyle and this sparked his keen interest in fitness. He changed his lifestyle completely, which resulted in gaining a ton of muscle and reaching single digit body fat.

Unlike a lot of trainers out there, Adam practices what he preaches, and knows exactly what you’re going through when you are having hard times with finding the right diet or going through lots of information on what the best diet is online. Besides being a personal trainer and innovative boot camp superstar, Adam also played soccer semi professionally in Australia, destroying the myth that muscle makes you less athletic.

Sasha is a Premier Training International qualified personal trainer who has further certifications and experience in weight loss management, suspension training (TRX) and kettlebell training.

Sasha has a holistic approach to fitness which involves engaging and developing the whole persons journey. She believes in creating a balance between lifestyle, fitness and nutrition to achieve optimal physical and mental health.

Sasha strives to create a positive, fun yet challenging atmosphere and her sessions are always geared around understanding each individuals goals, needs and motivation.
