Besides being a personal trainer and innovative boot camp superstar, Adam also played soccer semi professionally in Australia, destroying the myth that muscle makes you less athletic.

Sasha has a holistic approach to fitness which involves engaging and developing the whole persons journey. She believes in creating a balance between lifestyle, fitness and nutrition to achieve optimal physical and mental health.
Sasha strives to create a positive, fun yet challenging atmosphere and her sessions are always geared around understanding each individuals goals, needs and motivation.

She is passionate in educating others and will do what it takes to help you reach your goal through consistent guidance and motivation.
Certified personal trainer Arcie Saco’s core mission is to give a quality personal training services to his clients and to create individualized programs for people at all stages of life. He as a certified personal trainer uses positive methodologies and proven training techniques to safely and effectively train, motivate and educate clients. He is caring, well experienced, committed and very passionate to deliver customized programs based on the latest exercise techniques. Arcie is from a highly certified internationally recognized organization, has started his own business called Elite Personal Training Bangkok and he regularly improves his skills through continuing education.
