We have several types of boot camp training on different days of the week:

Monday: Max Training
Tuesday: Circuit Training
Wednesday: Functional Fitness
Thursday: Max Strength
Friday: Circuit Training
Saturday:  Max Training
Women’s Group Fitness is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

NOTE:
Workouts are always changed up for maximum results and to keep things fun! All workouts will begin with a warm up and end with stretching. Weights will be incorporated into every class, building muscle is key to losing fat!

Circuit Training Class:

Is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using a high intensity format.This type of class helps strengthen and build muscular endurance, while at the same time providing cardiovascular benefits up to a point where your body is burning up to 30% more calories than the average weight training session.

 

Max Strength Class:

Strength training is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles. This type of class puts more emphasis on weight training and has an overall goal of performing specific exercises and gradually increasing the load of the weight with good form. The class is structured in way where there is more rest periods between exercises, therefore less calories burned but more focus on building muscle strength which in turn builds a stronger body.

 

Functional Fitness

Training The Body For The Activities Performed In Daily Life.
Example Exercises:
Deadlift – This move will help strengthen all pulling muscles
Overhead Press.
Assisted Pull Up

 

HIIT:

High-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. This class is very beneficial to get your absolute maximum calorie burn within a hour time period.

 

*It is important to keep in mind that all modalities of weight training; whether doing a strength training session, HIIT boot camp or a circuit training class; in order to develop a well rounded body and physique it is crucial to incorporate all three types of classes into your program for maximum results, therefore we recommend trying all three of our different classes. Furthermore  all of our classes incorporate all methods of training such as relative strength development, functional-strength training, traditional hypertrophy phases, endurance training and metabolic complexes; however some of our classes have a higher percentage of each type of training involved.
